Willem started his career with Liberty straight out of university in April of 2010. In 2019 – he joined as a founding member of IWCP in the Jacaranda branch. Willems believes that he is extremely blessed and has the pleasure to live his passion every single day. As an eternal optimist, he tries to only see the best in people and situations to make our small world a better place. He believes in continuous professional development and strives toward it daily. This continuous professional development is evident in the various life’s that we enhance for the better through our daily processes.

Prior to Griselda joining Liberty in 2016, she worked as an IT Desktop Manager in the Free State at Harmony Gold mine from 2008. In 2020, Griselda decided to join IWCP in the Rustenburg branch and is now situated in Welkom in the Free State. She is a hardworking, dedicated and career-focused person, who believes that by living her personal value of honesty and integrity, with a desire to reach for the stars when it comes to her clients. She has the ability to make a success of anything she puts her mind to. Griselda enjoys working with people and always puts her client’s needs first. Her main motto is ‘Customer Satisfaction – No Matter What!”. Through the day to day living of her motto and by always living her values of honesty and integrity in everything she does, Griselda assists her clients to plan for their financial dreams.

In the old west, valuable goods and high net worth individuals were transported by stagecoach from one destination to another. An armed bodyguard, with a breakneck shotgun in hand, was called riding shotgun to ward off bandits and robbers while the coach driver was riding this coach to the destination of choice. In our world today, you have a destination you have chosen for yourself and your loved ones. You are riding this stagecoach with care, compassion and diligence towards yourself and your family and loved ones. Every now and then bandits and robbers come along the way trying to claim your wealth and valuable goods you have worked so very hard to accumulate. In essence this can derail your journey or even end your ride!
