Noel started his career with Liberty in 1987 when he was the first Sales Manager of the Sales and Marketing Management School. He progressed rapidly through the programme and within 6 months had is own unit within the Braamfontein Branch.
He went on to run a branch in the North City Group, Sandton Branch and was then moved to the Bank of Lisbon building where he was responsible for a number of managers. Noel was then transferred to Head Office reporting to the Head of Agency and took up the role of Regional Manager – the regions managed over the years were numerous.
In 1999 Noel decided to start his own Franchise in Randburg, which he merged with another Franchise to form Combined Life in 2002, which ran successfully for 16 years before taking up the new venture and challenge with IWCP In January 2019.

In the old west, valuable goods and high net worth individuals were transported by stagecoach from one destination to another. An armed bodyguard, with a breakneck shotgun in hand, was called riding shotgun to ward off bandits and robbers while the coach driver was riding this coach to the destination of choice. In our world today, you have a destination you have chosen for yourself and your loved ones. You are riding this stagecoach with care, compassion and diligence towards yourself and your family and loved ones. Every now and then bandits and robbers come along the way trying to claim your wealth and valuable goods you have worked so very hard to accumulate. In essence this can derail your journey or even end your ride! Death, Taxes, Illness, Inflation, Market Events, and many other influences can have very negative effects on the destination of the journey and destination you choose, follow and ride. Mirriam is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Franchise Principal of IWCP LESEDI as of June 2020. She is a financial professional with a wealth of experience which will be leveraged to help her clients to change their narrative and mindsets to achieve financial freedom. She started her career in 1999 with ABSA LIMITED as a trainee-chartered accountant and then ventured into the media world. In 2002 she joined a renowned media company BDFM Publishers, the publishers of Financial Mail; Business Day and Business Day TV as a management accountant and later becoming their Financial Manager and a board member of one of the subsidiaries. In August 2013 she joined IDF capital, a Fund Manager whose goal is to be a catalyst for economic growth by supporting entrepreneurs on their entrepreneurial journey as their CFO, the position she held for 5 years till end of 2018. 2019 presented itself a beginning of a new journey and she later joined IWCP as a financial advisor thus continuing her journey to positively impact those she comes across to not only change their mindset to create wealth but being intentional to do so and to also protect it. “A good man leaves an inheritance for their children’s children”.
I have been in Rustenburg for more than 39 years; I attended Protea Park Primary and Matriculated in Rustenburg High School. I pursued the advisory/Sales industry in 2006 starting at Nashua Rustenburg and was given the opportunity to become a Financial advisor in 2008.
Before that I had various managerial positions mostly in the hospitality industry. This has taught me a lot about excellent service an putting my customers first. In the last 15 Years it has become apparent to me that, what we do for clients and mostly in my target market, family cover, is one of my focus areas that I love.

I started in the industry in January 2021, after working for a business coach for 7 years. During those 7 years, I developed an interest in entrepreneurship and business functions and was involved in the cash flow analysis and budgeting side for the clients we dealt with.
On the other hand, I always had an interest in financial planning, having an adviser of my own from my early 20’s and seeing the importance of the work he did. I found myself having regular chats and meetings with him to find out how everything worked, why I needed certain cover and why my retirement annuity was invested here instead of there etc.
After the initial year of Covid-19, my two interests just seemed to collide at what I believed was the right time and I finally joined the industry and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. I love speaking to people about their financial situations, finding out about their needs, wants and plans and figuring out a road map for them to follow.
Although we cannot assist and advise everybody, every meeting and every day is exciting because it is different and we can help each person with their unique needs and goals. Regardless of the event or what takes place, I just want to ensure that my clients can look back and say, “thank goodness we put that in place”.

I studied Engineering in Pretoria after high school and in 1994 (29 years and counting) I join Liberty and part time started studying for my financial degree.
I am a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (Only the top consultants of all the Country’s get invited to join), and this enables me to be in contact with successful consultants worldwide.
I had 3 boys whilst I was working for Liberty, Allerdyce and his Wife Liz and their 2 girls Adalynn 8 and Lily-Anne 2, live in SA, our middle son Gordon and his wife Elizabeth and 1 year old son Ben live in America and our youngest, Maclaren lives in England.
For me what is important when I work with my clients is that they know what their policies do for them. I train my clients to know exactly how the policies work as it has to work for them to cover their family, save and work on saving for Retirement. Many of my clients have become my friends through the years as I know all about their lives and they know about mine.
For me Dread Disease, and life cover is so very important as I’ve had about 8 death claims from cancer through the years, and my beloved sister (only 51) passed away from cancer on the 21st of August this year.
It is also very important form me to always make sure Parents make proper provision for their children should they pass away, as I have seen so many children left with inadequate financial support when losing a parent.
My strength is talking to people, relating to them, and helping them. My Husband always says: “ if someone stands still for 5 min I will talk to them”.
